Business Development Associate for Italian Speaking Clients

Nordic Staff is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's existing customer base in Italy and other English speaking accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively service and support Italian speaking clients
  • Deliver training on products via phone, web-based, and face-to-face meetings
  • Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects
  • Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries, and troubleshoot problems
  • Assist with CRM and testing
  • Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections
  • Proactively analyze customer service processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement
  • Support and participate in the organization's Continual Improvement Program

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Native level Italian + business level English
  • Excellent customer service orientation

Nordic Staff is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization. As a Business Development Associate, you will be working in a predominantly English speaking team and will be required to be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
