Sales Administrator Job Description

Jenson Fisher Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Sales Orders: Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Generate sales reports for management review, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales proposals and contracts.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

To be successful in this role, you will possess previous experience in a sales support or administrative role with a sales focus. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office and a bespoke CRM system, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and first-class communication skills.
