About the Role

As a Recovery Worker with Service Care Solutions, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients with Substance Misuse issues across Wiltshire. Your primary objective will be to engage with adults and families to provide advice, information, and help accessing practical support.

  • Build relationships with adults and families to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans.
  • Provide guidance on accessing local resources and services to aid recovery.
  • Carry out assessments and care planning to ensure effective support delivery.

We are looking for a highly driven individual with experience within the Substance Misuse field, who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting others, we would like to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of community engagement and delivering group work. A strong ability to work with diverse groups and build trust with service users is essential. A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this role. Please note that this salary is based on national averages for similar positions in the UK and may vary depending on location and other factors.
