Deputy Course Manager

The Club Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Course Manager to join our team at The Tytherington Golf & Country Club. As a key member of our greenkeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the daily operation of the course runs smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in greenkeeping, a recognized qualification in turf management, and experience in PA1, 2 & 6 spraying and chainsaw certificates. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain exceptional standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Course Manager in managing the daily operation of the course
  • Ensure planned maintenance activities are carried out
  • Lead and motivate the greenkeeping team to achieve high standards
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of the course, including the greens, tees, and fairways
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve course maintenance and reduce costs
