About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Sutton Hall in Macclesfield. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Pub Manager in leading the team and running our busy pub.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage busy services and plan and run special events
- Welcome and look after customers, ensuring a high level of service
- Train and lead our bar/waiting team
- Decide on beers, gins, and wines to offer and plan events
