Telesales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Telesales Operator to join our team at Musgrave Marketplace & Drinks Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for processing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our product range to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and market our product range to new and existing customers
- Ensure customer retention and business growth through exceptional customer service
- Make proactive telesales calls to customers
- Process orders and enquiries over the phone
- Inform customers of sales promotions and new products
- Maximize the distribution of Foodservice/Retail/Beverages to our client base
- Support Business Development Managers with pricing, cold calling, and upselling
- Provide administrative support, including logging on Remedy and opening new accounts
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a busy working environment
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy sales environment
- Proficiency in the use of computer packages
