Job Title: Complex Care Nurse

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Nurse to join our team. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we deliver bespoke care and support to young people enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals, learn new hobbies and take trips into their local community.

We are looking for a female adult nurse with at least 12 months UK-based complex care experience to work with a female with an acquired brain injury. Due to the location, you need to be able to drive.

Role Requirements:

We look for female adult nurses with a minimum of 6 months in the last 2 years experience who are passionate, resilient, and highly skilled. To be considered for this role, we require recent experience in the following key skills:

  • Ventilation via mask.
  • Care and use of gastrostomy.
  • Deep suctioning.
  • Chest physio/Percussion/Vibration.
  • Mechanical cough assist.
  • Bowel management.
