About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate nurse to join our team in Leominster, working 24 hours per week on a part-time permanent basis. As Clinical Team Leader, you will play a key role in training and supervising a team of Healthcare Assistants, ensuring they have the skills to confidently manage complex care needs.

Your responsibilities will include providing ongoing support and supervision, delivering clinical training, liaising with multidisciplinary teams, completing risk assessments, and carrying out care plan reviews. You will also be responsible for a mixture of hands-on care, auditing and transcribing paperwork, checking and ordering stock, and accompanying service users to appointments.

About Our Service User

He attends school full-time with the support of his care team and enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, bowling, playing games, cooking, going to the park, and listening to music.

Freddie requires assistance with mobility and has complex care needs, including tracheostomy care, ventilation management, and enteral feeding. Your experience and expertise will enable you to make a significant impact on his day-to-day life and contribute to his well-being.

Requirements
  • Current NMC PIN and Paediatric Registered Nurse qualification
  • Driver with access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work flexibly across Monday to Sunday
  • Experience with tracheostomy care
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £46,176 per annum (based on 24 hours per week), equivalent to £23.58 per hour. Hotel costs will be covered for overnight stays, and a contribution towards travel and meals is available. This is a personally rewarding role where you can build trusting relationships with our service user and his family, whilst delivering exceptional care and support.
