Audio Transcription Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Audio Transcription Specialist to join our team at Lorien in Liverpool for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and high-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality audio transcription services to meet client expectations.
- Support on administrative tasks as part of the ASK Service Catalogue, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Offer agile support across various areas, including People Operations, Finance Operations, and Risk Operations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to meet expectations and service delivery parameters.
- Organize business travel, accommodation, and visa applications, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, book meeting rooms, catering, and equipment, including researching and organizing venues and events.
- Manage and input CRM data, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- A customer-focused approach with a clear vision of excellent service.
- Knowledge of administration support services and audio transcription processes.
- Confident negotiation skills with the ability to set clear and realistic customer expectations.
- Experience working in a team environment, with a proven track record of collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong professional relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt to change and fast-paced working environments.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
