Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Secondary SEND Teacher to join our team at a Special Educational Needs School in Shropshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of each pupil, creating a purposeful and supportive learning environment.

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless student support
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a PGCE with QTS/QTLS and have experience working with students with SEND. A strong emphasis is placed on behavior management strategies and interventions.
