Recruitment and Employee Relations Specialist

VANRATH is seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our client's HR function. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Senior Management to provide expert HR advice and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising and supporting Managers on employee relations issues
- Ensuring contracts and right to work checks are completed
- Managing long-term sickness cases and recruitment processes

The client is a leading organization with sites across Ireland and the UK. They offer a competitive salary range of £30-35k per annum and a collaborative working environment.
Your Skills and Qualifications
A CIPD Level 5/HR Degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR role are essential. You should also have demonstrable knowledge of employment law and best practice HR.
