We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Insights Analyst to join our team at William Grant & Sons.

As a key member of our supply chain function, you will provide critical support to the Head of Supply Planning across both Sales & Operations planning and execution cycles. Your expertise in supply chain analytics, reporting, and Power BI interrogation will drive business decisions and enhance our reporting capabilities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global FMCG company, leveraging your analytical skills to evaluate supply vs. demand data and identify opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Demand Planning, Finance, and Inventory Control, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collating, verifying, and presenting supply data to support delivery of the Planning and Execution cycle.
  • Evaluating supply vs. demand data to equip S&OP and S&OE forums with necessary information, highlighting opportunities and risks.
  • Supporting the Volume Planner on analysis required for inputs and outputs from Supply Planning to the S&OP cycle.
  • Reviewing supply data across different datasets (e.g., brand/brand variant vs. manufacturing sites/production lines) and suggesting areas for action/intervention.
  • Celebrating success in coordinating and consolidating global supply data across all production sites.
  • Collaborating with the Allocations Analyst to manage outputs from the monthly allocations forum and review supply capabilities.
  • Compiling relevant data to formulate and recommend the Campaign Plan.
  • Supporting Product Lifecycle Management with supply data and other lifecycle activities like PIPO.
  • Upholding change management within ERP for the Planning Team to ensure accuracy across all production sites.
  • Participating in team performance by engaging in meetings and problem-solving activities.
