Pediatric Nurse Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art children's hospice in North London. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care to babies, children, and young people with serious health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective patient care, either on-site or in the community
* Plan and review care with parents, children, and young people to ensure safety
* Administer medications according to policies and procedures
* Maintain nutritional status and clinical skills necessary for holistic care
What We Offer:
* Salary up to £41,360
* £5,000 welcome bonus

Requirements:
* RSCN registration with the NMC
* Relevant post-qualification experience at Band 5 level or above
* Experience in palliative care or nursing children with life-limiting conditions
