**Job Title:** Registered Mental Health Nurse

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic medical team at Kemple View. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework
  • Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care that takes into account patient choice and wishes
  • Accurately observe and engage with patients to assess their needs and evaluate their progress
  • Monitor and review nursing care plans
  • Evaluate and respond to changes in patient conditions and needs
  • Deal with suggestions and complaints from patients and their families/carers
  • Contribute to a team approach to patient care with all members of the multidisciplinary team
  • Prioritize nursing duties and delegate appropriately and effectively within the shift co-ordination framework
  • Develop and maintain a good professional relationship with patients, colleagues, and visitors
  • Help to promote and maintain an environment conducive to meeting the needs of patients, relatives, and carers
  • Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practice at least monthly

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience of working within a similar environment and role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
