Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Early Careers

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on the early stages of our Associate Programme. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in identifying and selecting top talent to join our Client Service team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a brand ambassador for AlphaSights and guiding candidates through the interview process.
  • Campus Recruitment: Assist in planning and executing campus recruitment efforts, developing creative strategies to engage top talent from key universities across the UK and continental Europe.
  • Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to identify the next generation of Client Service talent.
  • Coordination & Operations: Coordinate logistics, schedule interviews, manage job postings, process reimbursements, and send offer letters.

You will have the opportunity to develop and execute recruiting initiatives, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruiting process. Additionally, you will learn how to develop and implement talent attraction and employer branding activities, such as marketing campaigns and diversity and inclusion efforts.

The Programme

  • Years 0-1: Participate in a comprehensive training programme to develop your skills and knowledge as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
  • Years 2-4: Progress to become a Talent Acquisition Associate, responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Years 4+: Take on leadership roles, owning key recruitment results as a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate & Talent Acquisition Manager.

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Base salary: £35,000 per annum.
