Recruitment Coordinator Specialist

At Simmons & Hanbury, we are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to support our team in the graduate and intern recruitment process. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for candidates globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Manage a large volume of interview scheduling for internship and graduate programmes, coordinating closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.
- Offer administrative support by maintaining recruitment trackers, updating candidate details in Workday, and monitoring application progress.
- Handle interview logistics, including room bookings, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to collect feedback and keep candidates informed about their status.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, working alongside HR and facilities teams.
- Ensure confidentiality and carefully manage candidate information.
- Attend programme events to provide logistical support and assist speakers as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graduate recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar coordination role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive, professional, and personable demeanour.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
