About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Land and New Homes Manager. As a key member of our Land and New Homes department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating new instructions for Land and New Homes developments, and managing the successful launch of New Home developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the highest level of service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Generate new instructions for Land and New Home developments, working closely with the Marketing and Client Service departments.
  • Manage the successful launch of New Home developments, collaborating with the Marketing and Client Service teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Secure Land and New Homes sales, leveraging your expertise and relationships to drive business growth.
  • Prospect future opportunities with landowners and developers, identifying new business potential and driving revenue growth.
  • Deliver cross-selling opportunities within the company, identifying new business potential and driving revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the department business plan and objectives, ensuring alignment and delivery of key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Able to self-motivate and drive business growth.
  • Ambition to grow business and exceed targets.
  • Ideal experience in a customer-facing sales environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Thorough and methodical approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and face-to-face communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload, ensuring timely delivery of key objectives.
  • Able to work as part of a team and on your own, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Full, clean, UK driving license holder, with a good understanding of local knowledge (West Cumbria).
  • Property background would be beneficial, with a strong understanding of the Land and New Homes market.
