As a New Home Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to participate in the building of the American Dream, working with customers to find their perfect new home. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the home building process, and using marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness with the local Realtor community and potential home buyers.

Requirements:

* Proficient computer knowledge and skills
* Real estate license required to be obtained during training
* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
* 2+ years of experience in sales/service/professional business role
* Bachelor's degree or higher

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers on the home building/buying journey
* Use marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness with the local Realtor community and potential home buyers
* Participate in recurring sales training and collaborate with the local sales team
* Manage model home and sales office, maintaining a high level of appearance and customer satisfaction
