About the Job:

Career Legal is seeking a Reputation Management Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows you to shape the firm's corporate communications strategy, manage external perceptions, and oversee profile-raising initiatives for teams and individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic corporate communications plans, including key announcements such as financial results and partner hires.
  • Manage day-to-day media engagement and maintain relationships with national, trade, and legal press.
  • Create proactive profile-raising strategies in collaboration with practice heads, identifying PR opportunities and driving media coverage.
  • Coordinate awards programmes, manage crisis communications, and provide best practice guidance for media engagement.
  • Draft press releases, articles, and briefing documents while building strong relationships with journalists.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have substantial PR and communications experience within professional services or a PR agency specialising in professional services. You will be confident managing complex media relations and advising senior stakeholders, with strong project management skills and an eye for detail.

Estimated Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £62,000 per annum, based on industry standards and your level of experience.
