Special Needs Passenger Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Transportation Assistant to join our team in North Somerset. As a key member of our Healthcare transportation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of special educational needs children to and from healthcare facilities.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a part-time position, up to 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service and communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A valid driving license.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
