£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Worker to join our team. As a Special Needs Support Assistant, you will work closely with children who have additional needs, providing individualized support to help them develop academically and socially. Your role will involve working 1:1 with students, helping them with daily tasks and promoting independence.

You will also be responsible for managing behaviors, following educational healthcare plans, and collaborating with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexibly, including term-time only hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children with special needs
