About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Merchandising Expert to join our dynamic projects team at Glencourt Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative 2D and 3D designs for retail displays, developing presentation decks, and working closely with our clients to understand their project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Create visually appealing and effective 2D and 3D designs for retail displays, taking into account the client's brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as Sketchup and Vray, as well as advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their project requirements, develop creative concepts, and present design concepts and prototypes to clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in 2D/3D design, preferably in the POS or retail industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Education: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of 2D work, particularly in retail design environments.
