Job Description:

We are seeking a Human Resources Leader to join our fast-paced and supportive environment. As part of this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of employee relations matters, including complex cases, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

About the Role:

You will work closely with senior leadership and managers across the business to provide expert guidance, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the organisation remains compliant with employment law. This role is critical to maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment where employees feel supported and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on sensitive HR matters and complex casework.
Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000-£70,000 per annum, plus benefits, including a 12-month fixed-term contract and 4 days office-based work (1 day home working). The location is South-East London.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in employee relations and grievance management, with a proven track record of handling complex, high-stakes cases.
  • CIPD level 7 qualification
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
