Care Services Delivery Manager

We are seeking a skilled Care Services Delivery Manager to join our team at Austin Fraser. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our care branch and ensuring the delivery of high-quality home-care services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and drive business growth.
- Manage staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- At least 3 years' experience in a managerial role within a domiciliary care or supported living setting.
- Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clean driving licence.
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
The Care Services Delivery Manager role offers a competitive salary of £44,000 and an excellent benefits package, including bonus opportunities and share options.
