We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong blend of business consulting skills and data analytics expertise to join our team. As a key member of our CPG & Retail practice, you will work closely with clients to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth in the CPG space.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic analytics plans.
- Present analytics solutions to business audiences, highlighting the robustness of the solution and its potential to generate business value.
- Lead analytics projects, working closely with global teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights.
- Communicate results to senior management and develop plans to operationalize analytics solutions.
- 9-14 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in data analytics.
- Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the CPG space.
- Strong project management and team management skills, with experience working with global teams.
- A solid understanding of statistical and machine-learning algorithms is a plus.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python, and visualization tools like Tableau & Power BI.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, and Hive is a plus.
- Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to embed analytics outputs in business processes.
- Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.
