Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on tech roles such as software engineers and data scientists.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the tech industry.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve our recruitment process and reduce time-to-hire.
People Operations:
  • Support the development and implementation of people-focused initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our people processes, including performance management, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values and mission.
  • Design and deliver training programs for new hiring managers and people managers, equipping them with the skills to succeed.
About You:
  • Hands-on experience in a similar role within a startup environment, with a proven ability to make a significant impact on people and talent functions.
  • You excel at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You have strong skills in stakeholder management, with the ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and navigate complex organisational dynamics.

Hiring Process:

The hiring process will consist of four stages: Recruiter Screen, Take-home task, 1.5-minute Q&A, and a 1-hour Culture interview with our co-founders.
