Technical Support Role at Sky

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Sky. As a key member of our Service Desk, you'll provide top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Log, record, and prioritize incidents received by the Service Desk
  • Facilitate warm transfers to Service Desk Technical Specialists
  • Perform user administration and provide general support
  • Ensure online requests, incidents, and requests are assigned and managed in line with SLAs
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Italian, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience working within a Service Desk or Help Desk
  • Experience handling and resolving technical issues across multiple devices and operating systems
  • Familiarity with using ticket management systems such as Service-Now
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to overcoming challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
