Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Recruit North Recruitment. As a key member of our Board, you will play an active role in the running of our company, overseeing the finance and administrative functions of our small but busy business.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the finance function, including cash management, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including human resources, payroll, and auto-enrolment requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, AML regulations, and H&S standards.
- Oversee the IT function and manage the Business Risk Register.
- Act as Company Secretary.
We are looking for a candidate with a sound financial background and experience in overseeing finance and administrative functions in a small business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll, auto-enrolment, and GDPR requirements. Consideration will be given to candidates who can demonstrate experience in managing the areas listed above and who are willing to consider either full or part-time work.
BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a salary of around £70,000 (or pro rata if part-time). To apply for this role, you must already have the legal right to live permanently and work in the UK. We do not offer visa sponsorships and are unable to provide immigration advice.
