Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel
  • Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

  • Follow our De Vere lost property procedures to ensure lost items are returned to their rightful owners
