Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Right at Home Aylesbury. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes, providing high-quality care and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate clients to get the most out of their day
  • Provide personal care, including washing and dressing
  • Administer medication as required
  • Assist with shopping and housekeeping
  • Prepare meals and take clients for appointments or outings

Requirements:

  • Be available for early mornings from 7am or evenings from 4pm and alternate weekends
  • Hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
  • Have or be willing to obtain vehicle business insurance (class 1)
  • Have UK right to work
