We're seeking a skilled and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our Winchester Premier Inn team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, using our simple administration system to make your job easier.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards.

  • A competitive hourly rate, up to £ per hour.
  • A guaranteed 30 hours per week, over 5 days, with morning shifts only (7am-1pm).
