About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team as a Front of House Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the preparation and serving of food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Basic food-handling skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • 20 hours per week, including Saturday and Sunday shifts.
