The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Value Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects related to social value delivery across our projects, ensuring consistency throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid Support and Social Value Planning

Assist with bid preparation and develop plans to enhance social value within projects.

Social Value Implementation and Tracking

Oversee the implementation of social value initiatives and track their impact.

Client Reporting and Data Verification

Set up and review client reporting, establish reporting mechanisms, and ensure accurate data collection.

Project Progress Reporting

Report project progress to regional directors and provide updates on social value performance to the management team.

Supply Chain Engagement

Encourage suppliers and contractors to participate in social value initiatives to ensure supply chain buy-in.

Social Value Activities

Deliver social value activities and contribute to social value outcomes within projects and across regions.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

GCSE level or equivalent and highly competent in the MS suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Driving License

Full UK driving license.
