About the Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving primary school in South Liverpool. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.

Responsibilities and Duties
The HLTA will be responsible for:
• Providing one-to-one support and small group instruction to students with SEND.
• Developing and implementing individualized learning plans in collaboration with teachers and other support staff.
• Working closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
1. A strong understanding of the needs of children with SEND.
2. Prior experience working with children in SEND or similar environments.
3. Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach.
4. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or related education qualification.

Benefits and Salary
The salary for this role is estimated to be £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. The school also offers a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
