Reporting to the Head of Quality and Innovation, this specialist will work closely with the Head of SHEQ to enhance Safety, Health, Environment & Quality standards. They will be responsible for coordinating events, ensuring the organisation remains on track with their long-term business plan, and offering innovative ideas to improve performance in terms of SHEQ & Social value standards.

This role is ideal for a recent construction graduate looking to develop their skills within a business. Key attributes include knowledge of the construction sector, excellent communication skills, and a driven and motivated approach to succeed and improve. With a competitive salary of around £60,000, high standards, attention to detail, and drive will be highly valued and rewarded.
