Senior Clinical Lead for Paediatric Audiology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our Audiology Service and driving the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our Audiology Service strategy, ensuring alignment with Trust objectives and national standards.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Work closely with our clinical director and general manager to develop and implement new processes and procedures that improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with our research and development team to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our Audiology Service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong clinical background in Paediatric Audiology, with experience in leadership and management. You will have a degree in an appropriate scientific subject, an MSc in Clinical Audiology or equivalent, and a Certificate of Audiological Competence or equivalent. You will also have experience of previous clinical leadership or line management, and a strong understanding of developments in the field of Paediatric Audiology.
