We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sales Manager, Non-Trade to join our team at Bonnier Books UK. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive success in specialised sales channels across children's and adult publishing.

You will work closely with the Senior Sales Manager, Non-Trade to achieve wider customer targets and ensure timely delivery of our products. Your strong analytical skills and commercial awareness will enable you to negotiate favourable terms with key accounts and build strong relationships with them.

  • Sales Planning: You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive success in specialised sales channels.
  • Key Account Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Organisation and Time Management: You will be able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will be based in London and work in a hybrid environment, with minimum of two days per week in the office and up to three days per week working from home.
