About the Role

This Strategic Planning Lead position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects and make a real impact. You will be responsible for managing cases with the support of Managing Directors, developing junior members of the team, and providing coaching and development support.

You will also be expected to lead presentations confidently and engagingly, effectively presenting our output to clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage case teams, delegate and plan workload, and provide coaching and development support to junior colleagues.

A degree qualification (2.1 or above preferred) in any discipline is essential, and a working knowledge of a major European language is an advantage but not required.
