Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Junior Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • A strong understanding of the retail, wholesale, and food manufacturing industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 4.5 working weeks, 25 days annual leave, and enhanced pension contributions.
