Client Growth Manager

The Workshop is seeking a Client Growth Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its customer base. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and securing new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and contact potential clients
- Qualify leads and follow up with prospects to establish key contacts and client needs
- Conduct client meetings to secure new business and collaborate with colleagues to ensure client requirements are met
- Maintain and enhance the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry
- Previous experience in a sales role with a track record of winning new business (at least 2 years)
- Self-starter with ability to identify potential customers and create a client prospect list
- Expertise in cold calling, information probing, objection handling, listening skills, client retention, and rapport building
- Excellent negotiation skills and organisational abilities
- Good PC skills and ability to work across multiple platforms
- Fully qualified driver with own car (UK Licence)
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively. They will also be self-motivated, able to work independently, and part of a team.
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience
