We are seeking a driven and ambitious Prestige Motor Group Manager to join our team at Kream Group Ltd's prestigious main dealer location in Truro.

This exciting opportunity allows you to represent a leading prestige brand within a business that values excellence and has a history of achievement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, identifying business opportunities, and providing coaching and development to ensure maximum sales potential.

Key objectives include:

  1. Leading the sales team and ensuring they remain focused on achieving sales targets
  2. Conducting regular meetings with the sales team to discuss business opportunities and training needs
  3. Working closely with the Sales Managers to achieve volume and margin objectives
  4. Maximising vehicle sale profitability using available tools and adhering to company guidelines and legislation
  5. Delivering exceptional customer experiences to enhance retention
  6. Monitoring diary management, controlling lead management with accurate recording, and overseeing vehicle sales, finance, and insurance transactions
  7. Providing advice and guidance on the sales process to Sales Specialists and assisting in closing vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges
  8. Tracking and completing monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance
  9. Maintaining attention to detail to ensure all transactions are paid in full and finance activated with correct documentation
  10. Upskilling the Sales team through training in finance and insurance

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in a senior sales executive or manager role within the motor industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of motor industry legislation and the sales process.

On offer is a competitive basic salary/commissions package, alongside a range of benefits including the use of a brand company vehicle.

Estimated annual salary: £70,000 - £90,000 based on experience and performance.
