Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

Danny Sullivan Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver multiple projects within budget and timescales.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Complete documentation to bring contracts to site.
  • Deliver utility diversion project schemes, including water, gas, electric, and communications assets.
  • Manage the project team and represent the company in client meetings.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations.
  • Ability to write RAMS/WPPs and prepare documentation for ITPs.
  • Maintain awareness of surrounding works, contractors, and coordinate all parties regarding planned works.
  • Complete daily records for work completed on site and track programme delays and attendees.
  • Raise any changes or issues regarding contracted works with the commercial team.
  • Manage and ensure ITPs are agreed upon and completed properly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the Utility sector.
  • Previously worked similar role in delivering the following Water/Gas/Electrical/Communications.
  • NRSWA Supervisor.
  • Suitable Project Management Qualification.
  • First Aid Qualified.
  • Ability and confidence to manage a site.
