We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Birkenhead. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviors, and mental health needs to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to individuals, promoting positive well-being and encouraging independence.
  • Develop and maintain community links, accessing leisure pursuits and activities to support life skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Participate in shift rota, including evenings and waking nights, to meet the needs of our service users.
