Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Birkenhead. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviors, and mental health needs to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to individuals, promoting positive well-being and encouraging independence.
- Develop and maintain community links, accessing leisure pursuits and activities to support life skills and independent living.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Participate in shift rota, including evenings and waking nights, to provide 24/7 support.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
