About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join our team in Birkenhead. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to three female adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support and promote positive well-being for the individuals we support.
  • Maintain a high level of support that meets the service needs.
  • Participate in and be enthusiastic about the individuals' likes and wants.
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
Requirements
  • Able to work independently and multitask.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to execute and deliver tasks while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Quick learner with a hands-on approach and willingness to be flexible.
