We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at NMS Recruit Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through door-to-door engagement with the local community, collaborating with our senior team to create successful sales and territory plans, and utilizing all tools provided to create healthy pipelines and gather customer data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with the local community to drive sales growth through door-to-door engagement.
  2. Collaborate with the senior team to create successful sales and territory plans.
  3. Utilize all tools provided to create healthy pipelines and gather customer data.
  4. Accountable for your performance and results.
  5. Build your own brand through local engagement and trust pilot recommendations.
  6. Hold a clean full UK driver's licence and undergo a clear DBS check prior to starting.
  7. Enjoy a competitive salary, £5400 PA car allowance, and £15k uncapped commission paid monthly.
  8. Top performing Sales reps can exceed £80k a year.
