This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Physiotherapist Clinical Assessor at Maximus, where you will apply your clinical expertise to assess individuals with disabilities or health conditions. Your compassion and experience will help customers navigate complex cases involving chronic pain disorders and neurological, physical, and mental health conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess clients via telephone, video, or face-to-face interactions to grasp the impact of their disability or health condition on their daily lives.
- Generate comprehensive Personal Independent Payment (PIP) reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in determining benefit eligibility.
- Cultivate your clinical acumen and assessment skills through regular feedback and supervision.
What You'll Need
- Hold a valid HCPC registration number.
- Possess at least one year of post-registration experience acquired within or outside the NHS.
- Be eligible to work in the UK – sponsorship is not provided.
- Excel in oral and written communication.
- Be proficient in utilizing computer software to compose detailed reports.
