About the Job

Care UK is recruiting a Senior Care Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising staff to deliver exceptional patient care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in healthcare, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and supporting team members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the quality of care provided

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent
  • Experience in a senior care role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
