About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Coordinator to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technical managers and running your own sites, depending on the stage of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering and working drawing packages to ensure high-quality building standards and obtain necessary technical approvals.
  • Work closely with experienced Technical Managers on 1-2 sites, supporting projects from design stage to post-completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge, including a good understanding of the planning process and section agreements.
  • Support large sites and ensure commercial awareness, with excellent IT skills and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a similar role, with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience within the house building field, with a good understanding of the planning process and section agreements.
  • Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to manage engineering and working drawing packages.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to support large sites and ensure high-quality building standards.
