Job Opportunity: Technical Coordinator
We are seeking a driven and motivated Technical Coordinator to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established regional housing development business in Devon, supporting technical managers and running sites depending on the development stage.
About the Role:
- Work closely with experienced Technical Managers on 1-2 sites in the local area, managing engineering and working drawing packages to build homes to a high standard.
- Manage projects from design stage through to post-completion, ensuring all necessary technical approvals are obtained.
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver high-quality housing developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the house building field.
- Excellent technical knowledge, including a good understanding of the planning process and section agreements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Commercially aware and able to work with a high level of autonomy.
